Doctor Angela Langlinais

Dr. Angela Langlinais is a native of New Iberia, Louisiana who specializes in the treatment of opioid dependence. She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, as well as Louisiana State University Medical Center- New Orleans. Dr. Langlinais is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has earned a Fellowship from the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Langlinais received the 2016 America's Best Physician Award from the National Consumer Advisory Board. Dr. Langlinais is a founding member of New Life Recovery. Although she is not currently practicing medicine due to medical leave, she treated patients in our program from 2013-2019.
Doctor Craig Gauthier

Doctor Craig Gauthier is a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana who specializes in the treatment of opioid dependence. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University, as well as Louisiana State University School of Medicine- New Orleans where he completed his residency in 1996. He is a Fellow at the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecology. Doctor Gauthier has received the Patient's Choice Award in 2011, 2012, and 2014. Dr. Gauthier serves as the medical director of New Life Recovery.
In addition to his patient care at New Life Recovery, he has a primary OB/GYN practice in New Iberia, performs OB/GYN patient care at New Iberia Surgery Center, and also practices OB/GYN patient care in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Doctor Gauthier has been treating opioid dependence since 2014.
Sessy White - Owner & Administrator

Sessy is a native of Louisiana, but spent much of her childhood and early adulthood in Dallas, Texas. In 1995 she relocated to New Iberia, Louisiana. Over the last several years narcotic drug use, particularly opioid abuse, reached alarming numbers nationwide and in our community alike. It is at this point when Sessy walked away from a successful career in the real estate and mortgage industry to transition into a career in health care administration with an emphasis on addiction.
New Life Recovery opened it's doors in 2013. Opioid dependence is a topic close to Sessy's heart. You will find her daily working with our patients and staff to ensure that every patient is provided the best patient care in the industry. Apart from her work at New Life Recovery, she dedicates much of her free time to Iberia Parish Habitat for Humanity and several other non-profit organizations in our community.
Lisa Dempsey - Compliance Administrator

Lisa is a native of New Iberia, Louisiana. She is a graduate of RC Health Services - American Heart Association Training Center. Lisa is a founding member of New Life Recovery. As the compliance administrator and staff medic, she works directly with each patient and their physician to ensure that every patient receives personalized care specific to their individual needs. Apart from her work at New Life Recovery, Lisa dedicates much of her free time to Iberia Parish March of Dimes, Iberia Parish Habitat for Humanity and serves as a CASA in the 16th JDC.
